Chef Nightingale, a Lampasas local, was raised in the area and attended LHS. After completing his service in the U.S. Navy, where he reached the rank of Petty Officer Second Class, he pursued culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Florida. Graduating at the top of his class in 2017, Chef Nightingale is one of the final graduates from the Orlando campus. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with esteemed chefs such as Chef Morimoto from Iron Chef and Chef David Ramirez, the captain of Team USA in the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie competition.
